Our ice maker broke so I got a new one from this site. It worked for about a week then it wasn't getting any water. I checked the line to the fridge and it had a kink so I replaced it with a new line. Still no water, I checked the water valve and it said 0 ohms so I got a new water valve as well. Now I got the valve installed yesterday but I'm still not getting any water. I'm not sure if it's the ice maker not sending the signal for the valve to open of if something is wrong with the fridge's wiring to make it not get power to the valve. I've checked the ohms on the new valve and it was at 170.
Any help appreciated.

Check the water feeding tube coming into the ice maker - it could be frozen.

The lines are clear, I had checked for that too.

In such situation the only left is the ice maker itself is defective.
Call the customer service regarding the warranty exchange.
