I have a samsung fridge which some time ago had the door bumped open and was not discovered for several days. Since then the unit does not cool the fridge side. The freezer side rocks, not sure of the temp but the meat we store in this fridge is rock hard. Previously I was instructed to unplug the unit for several days and then plug it back in. This worked for a while but over the period of a month or so the fridge slowly became warmer.

I am assuming that I am havign a defrost or thermostat issue but was looking for more experienced help.

With this model is there anything I should or can check to confirm my suspicions and what parts do you all recommend I try to replace.
