I noticed that the refrigerator was running on short cycles: it ran for 4-5 minutes and then stop 6-8 minutes, so 10-13 minutes per cycle, but the temperature of the freezer and the fridge are normal. I’m wondering if the 6-8 minutes of off-time is normal?

Thank Richappy for your quick response.

The freezer temperature was 5F; the slide control of freezer is set at 1.5 because we don’t have to put ice cream or such things in it.
