Roper dryer (3 yrs. old) will not start, check continuity on door, start switches both ohm out. Had Service Tech out once I went beyond continuity checks, he said it was the drive motor. He wanted $250 to do the job, opted to do it myself. Bought new motor at local Home Appliance Parts for $80 installed new motor everything right still nothing. Before you ask I checked power I have 240vac to the dryer terminal. At this point not sure where to check next

I ohm'd out the timer on terminals indicated by the black & blue wires. It did not zero out, does that mean the timer is bad?
