The unit has power. The clock works. The light and vent fan buttons operate properly. You can set a cook time but when you push START the timer counts down but it does not cook and the turntable doesn't rotate.

Unplug the power cord.

Remove the top grill and open the control panel.

Check the interlock switches according to the wiring diagram (should be inside the control panel).

If there is nothing wrong then replace the control board.

- The part number for the interlock switch AP3769802

- The part number for the control board AP3774430
