My oven heats but the 4 burners elements on top don't heat - do not have an electrical diagram, either. The light come on saying they are turned on but the burner don't come on

model # is JBP26GOH3AD. There is one more thing I found a black wire that comes from the bottom back of the unit with about 5 other wires and was coming up to the left side of the back of the oven -= not sure where it goes. IT might be the solution - pls hurry so i do not need a repairman

Still an invalid model number find the number on your unit on the bottom drawer area or on the back of the unit...............the black wires could be anything without a picture i couldn't tell you what there from wires generally don't fall off is there burnt wires anywhere or somewhere this may have fallen off? I'm not going to suggest you hook it up anywhere cuz i have no idea where you found them and without a correct model number i can't help much.

Ge model numbers start out at JGP18........Then skips to JGP30...........Nowhere on the internet or a parts supplier would you find a JGP26....... Also is your unit gas or electric? If it's gas and you have no spark at the ignitors it's something to do with the spark module circuit considering it's all four.........check your spark module.........should be under the cooktop or under a back piece.........
