KitchenAid Dishwasher - "new" control board = dead dishwasher

I just replaced the control board in the dishwasher because the panel lights were flashing, the control panel did not respond correctly to button presses and the washer would, at best, complete only a partial cycle. The "reset" procedure did not fix the problem, nor did unplugging the unit for 24 hours.
The new control board is missing two terminals that are present on the old board. With the new board installed, no lights illuminate on the control panel and the washer shows absolutely no signs of life.
Help, please?!

When replacing the control board, one must transfer the fuse from the old housing to the new housing and connect the appropriate wires. Once done, power to the unit was restored. But replacing the board didn't fix my original issue.
