It does sound like the control panel is toast.
Basically the only choice you have is to check the panel and if it does not pass then replace it. |

Thanks for the help i will buy a new panel from here once i get my tax refund and will let you know if that was the issue. Washing dishes by hand is getting old.

I replaced the front control panel and door latch switch assembly and it still doesn't work.The lights on the front panel stopped flashing since replacing the control panel. All the buttons turn on and off when pressed but when you pick a wash cycle and press start nothing happens. When entering service mode which it will then when pressing certain buttons as per wiring schematic and service mode testing nothing happens. I ordered a new control board i'm not sure if that will fix my issue.
