Refrigerator/Freezer works ok except water/ice is collecting on the shelves.

Freezer adjusted to 5
Refrig adjusted to 4

If you are talking about water droplets it could be due to a bad door seal or the door was left open at some point.

If it looks like water leaking on the shelves from the freezer then the drain is most likely clogged. Look to see if there is a drain trap on the back of the freezer (in the middle on the back) if so, check if it is clogged there. If not take the back out the freezer and look under the freezer coils for a drain hole. It may be covered with ice and if so remove all the ice. Once you see the drain hole flush it out with a turkey baser until water flows freely. This page will help
