Got my GE Profile refrigerator circuit board replaced during its first year due to a malfunction and it worked fine till lately. Refrigerator is less than 10 years old.
Coil in freezer freezed up, and temperature rised in the upper (fridge) area. I unplugged the unit and defrosted the coil (in freezer) and temperature was fine for a week or two.
But coil freezed up again and again...
Call service, they replace the circuit board and it worked fine for about a month and a half.
Top fridge too warm (~60 degrees) freezer very cold, call service back
Service replaced the circuit board again.
Top fridge still too warm (~60 degrees) freezer very cold, call service again.
Service replaced the circuit board, circulation fan motor and temperature sensor.
Top fridge still too warm (~60 degrees) freezer very cold...
Evaporator coil is clean and circulation fan is working.
Service technician is supposedly certified...Help!

Locate the motherboard in the back and remove the 3 pin power connector on the bottom. Put a wire jumper between the mating pins labled Lin and def.
Plug fridg in, and check for defrost action. If none, you have either a bad defrost terminator or bad heater.

When you say a bad defrost terminator, do you mean a bad defrost thermostat and if so their appear to be 2 defrost thermostat, would you know which one? Thanks

You have a thermistor, a long, thin item and a thermostat clipped to the top of the evaporator. Replace the thermostat. Also, check the heater, if black with an open spot, it's bad.
