Could be one of two things and they both work together but with all the numbers not working and im suspecting your saying all the other buttons besides those buttons work correctly, i'm suspecting the touchpad control has a bad connection at main board or it's bad........remove the knobs and touchpad check the ribbon connection at the main board behind it make sure it's clean of grime and food and reconnect and give it a test.........If that doesn't solve the problem replace the touchpad control part number 74011685 and it's around $220......Try this part first and install and if you still have the same issue you may have to buy the main control board behind it also ......part number 74011798 which is around $220 also........Good luck
