My Kitchen Aid gas range omits a strong gas smell even when gas isn't being used. Enough that it can be smelled throughout my house. I disconnected the gas to the range a month ago, but need to get it back up and running. Any advice, besides gas valve connection from wall, on places that could be the source of the leak?

Take a bottle of soapy water or windex and follow all the gas lines after turning on the main valve at the wall......if you can't find anything turn on the burners and then the oven later and check all those gas lines going to each component including the burner valves under the top of the oven.........
