remove the touchpad up top check the thermal fuse to see if it blew and check the main board for power..........should have 120v

Ohm out your heating element make sure it's less then 50 ohms...........also ohm out the sump pump make sure it's a complete circuit........check the harness and control board for any melting or damaged wires on the whole unit including underneath. Wire harness connectors are infamous for arcing and having issues at the connector on the door switch and main control board........Your fuse kit number is 8193762 and it's around 23 bucks......make sure NOT TO just change out the fuse-use the wiring block and wires they supply and follow the instructions in the fuse kit on the installation of these wires. Whirlpool and other manufactures know that there are problems with the thermal fuse wiring harness and harness leading to the door switches and main boards........that's why almost all aftermarket fuse kits have the extra wires and connections the way they do...If you just use the fuse without using the wire kit your fuse may blow again. Also check your junction box where you have the main power coming into the unit.....Neutral must be hooked to neutral and hot must be hooked to hot and make sure you have a ground wire coming to the unit and that it's hooked up inside the junction box grounding the unit solid. I'm a journeyman electrician that started doing appliances in the past couple years and i've seen units fried because of improper grounding or a ground that never went back to the service panel. If you read your owners manual on any appliance now of days with the electronic boards everything requires a ground other then just the neutral and if you don't have a ground you void the warranties......

Check both the sump and drain pumps if they are separate and in most cases when dealing with motors i usually get infinity readings indicating a good complete circuit through the motor i don't see to many motors with much resistance but check the tech sheet or call the manufacture on that resistance reading.
