Came in one night and both sides were not cooling. Food was thawing in freezer. Turned temp controls of and on a few times, woke up and everything was freezeing again. This happened a couple times. Now both sides stopped cooling completely. Fans are running, compressor is on, just blows room temp air.

also, a repair man told me to replace the thermostats. i went to the appliance store and they said there are two when you open the door and they are 130 dollars a piece. they said it could possibly be the defrost thermostat. the repair man told me both thermostats in the door go out one after the other but the appliance store said they have never stocked that part because it rarely happens.
