My washer stops after washing and wont fill with water when it gets to any rinse cycle. I have to manually turn it back to the start of the cycle for it to fill and then return it to the rinse cycle for it to continue. What could be the problem??

When you set the temperature for cold/cold, do you get cold water during the wash cycle? If so, looks like a bad timer. If you don't get cold water in wash cycle, could be clogged screen in water inlet valve or the valve is faulty. Whirlpool 8546685 Timer - AppliancePartsPros.comEric
