I have a Samsung RS267LASH fridge that won't defrost on the refrigerator side. (freezer is fine). I've done my research and see this is a common problem. I checked the three primary offenders:

Thermistor: Reads 4.9K at room temp and 10.8K when placed in ice water
Heater: Reads 95K (So it appears to be ok)
Thermal Fuse: Read close to 0 ohms and passes continuity test (so it appears to be ok)

The thermistor scales when heated and cooled but the reading of 10.8K seems a bit low for what I can tell. Can anyone confirm whether the thermistor is within spec for a 10.8K reading at 32 degree F?

Any other suggestions?
