Whirlpool Cabrio Steam Dryer, only 3 years old, not starting. Display powers up but after pressing "start", the dryer denotes it is "sensing" and never even starts to tumble.
My husband is an electrical engineer (not a dryer expert, however) and already replaced the thermistor after accessing the error codes and getting "F 25".
It still blinks F25 and still does not start. He has read with a Voltmeter all relays and all read the appropriate Ohms.
He's now stumped and we have laundry piling up. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!

F-25 flashes if the inlet thermistor is shorted. This fault code will ONLY appear when in the diagnostic test mode. See TEST #4a, page 6. If it's the inlet thermistor he already replaced then it could be a problem with the control board. I have attached a copy of the tech sheet.

A service technician came out and had it fixed within 10 minutes. SHORTED THERMAL FUSE! Was giving erroneous error codes.

Thermal fuses kept burning out and the dryer was getting way too hot. After replacing inlet thermistor, outlet thermistor, heating coil, and a thermal fuse with each new part for a total of 4...
The CONTROL BOARD was finally replaced and it now works fine.

Going thru this now, can someone post the Part Number for the Cabrio Steam Control Board, inlet thermistor, and thermistor and fuse. Thanks.
Also, wire harness if possible.
Edit: W10331078 is this correct for Control Board?
