During the night, the oven started beeping and displayed F1 code. Cleared it and it started beeping again after about 1 minute. Shut breaker off, waited about 1 hour, turned breaker back on, and beeping started after about 1 minute.

Cleared the f1 code, was able to start the bake cycle, to bake at 350deg, the displayed started at 150 deg and then dropped to 100 deg.

What part number to I need and is it available? Thanks.

I cannot find any info on the given model number.

Closest I can find is a JRP14GP28G, see below
Parts for GE JRP14GP28G Wall Oven - AppliancePartsPros.com

F1 is usually a bad keyboard or control panel.
On this unit is is a combined assembly ((item 16 in Main Body Parts section).
Unfortunately this part is obsolete.
