Hey all new to this site but not to the problems with this washer. Went to move it away from the wall today only to find 90% of the hardware which keeps it in a box type shape was gone! Yes the upper lid and frame just came off in my hands and if it weren't for the old dryer on one side and the drywall on the other I might have had an unplanned trip to appliance dept at sears today. Luckily I have a screw driver and hammer so I think I'm gonna be ok. anyways while I had it flipped over and marveling at the holes where screws once resided I noticed what I believe is called the "Skate Plate" is not attached to anything, is it supposed to just float around in there, side to side up and down? I notice holes in it that look like they might harbor an 8 mil or 5/16 but like I said this is my first wash machine so I don't want to be that 16 year old with his first girlfriend if ya know what I mean.
