A few weeks ago my broil element caught fire and quit working then my control board caught fire and quit. I replaced both parts and installed but now the control board and burners work but the bake and broil elements do not. Any idea as to what might be the problem?

Here are your parts
Parts for Frigidaire PLEFZ398ECB Range - AppliancePartsPros.com

Here is your tech sheet

I am assuming that the oven never comes ready re: it stays in preheat.
If it does come ready check the oven sensor

Unplug the unit. Then measure from P7 (L2 Out) to P3 (BK bake) and to P2 (BRL broil) at the control board. Both should be around 20 ohms.

If OK
You will have to check to be sure that 240 volts is getting to the board. Be very, very careful if you do this. 240 volts is lethal.
Check from P8 (L2 IN to P1 (L1) should be 240 volts.

If the above are OK then odds are that you received a bad board.
