My Maytag freezer on bottom does not let me change the temp settings for the freezer and refrigerator. It just stays at -1 degree (freezer) and 37 degrees (refrigerator). Model Number MDF2561KES. What can my problem be?

Most probably a shorted relay in the relay board (AP4434691) in the back. Rather pricey. I assume the fridg. runs constantly.
Before replacing the board, I would try to verify the relay is stuck.
Also, check both control board and freezer thermistor values, they should be around 10 kohm, but verify.
