My unit would run, but the ram would not move. Found the jack screw nut ( plastic ) was broken in half. Does anyone know if this part is available and where? Also, the instructions inside the unit state that you must count the number of turns prior to removal. Obviously, I could not do this since it was in pieces. How is this nut properly positioned in reinstallation?
