Hello -

My Kitchen Aid dishwasher model
kuds03ctbl3 does not respond to buttons on the front panel. The buttons lid when pressed, and I hear a click (electromagnets?), but the machine wouldn't respond, i.e., drain (when Cancel pressed), or start a new cycle (Start pressed).

Last night I found undrained after last wash cycle was run. I attempted to force drain it, which normally would happen when pressing "Cancel". Eventually, I syphoned it manually.

I happened to have a spare drain pump, and replaced it, but it has not made any difference.

I will appreciate an advise.

Thank you

I further investigated, took apart the front door and inspected the electronic circuit board. It appears burned around one of the cable connectors, as well as the cable connector itself. Any idea why it would happen? I am concerned that replacing the board would not address the root cause. Any advise?

Tks,

V
