I have the dreaded water collection inside the bottom of the fridge. I defrosted the unit for 6 hours, thoroughly cleaned under and inside, the problem recurred within a few days of returning to service. I suspect the drain is not frozen, but plugged. Where is the drain located and how do I access it?
