I have a whirlpool refrig model GB2PHDXWQ01 purchased Aug. 2010. It has the bottom freezer drawer. Water builds up in bottom of freezer turning to ice. I do not see a drain in bottom. I assume the water is from defrost cycle. Where is the defrost cycle condensate pan drain located.

I cannot find any info on the given model number.
Tried AppliancePartsPros and the Whirlpool site.

So below is where things usually are.

The drip pan is usually under the unit in the machine compartment.
Often it sits on the condenser coils so the warm from them will help evaporate the water.

The drain hole is usually directly under the evaporator/freezer coils.

I have cleaned the drain from the back compartment but it did not solve problem.
I now what to get to the evaporator and clean the drain from there. How do I remove freezer door and top shelf?

Not sure about the top shelf but the door removal is in the operators manual.

Just in case you do not have it, here it is.
