The nice rep at your parts desk traced the ser.# for me..this one is a 2001 mfg. vintage.
Symptoms:
• M/c starts up but wash cycle does not come on for long times - Pumps are running for long timewith nothing else happening..
• There's been times when it picksup and runs the cycle, but...the dishes are really dirty,..as if not washed at all
• I have stopped and reset the m/c ...then it seems to run fine..sometimes!
• I have run the water line to make sure super hot water in line and then start m/c..seemed to work better...sometimes..
• When you get it going finally after many resets... often it runs really long cycles...like 90+ minutes for a 'normal' cycle!
