I was (and am still) receiving an F3 code during oven operations (bake, broil, etc.) . After replacing the temp sensor failed to correct the problem, I ordered a replacement ERC (model WB27T10276). However, the installation instructions provided did not include those for this model of oven and it appears that the ribbon connector and the white 5 pin connectors larger than those on the oven.

Do I have the wrong replacement part? If so, what should I have ordered?

If not, where should I look for the correct installation instructions?

Thanks for any help you guys can offer.

Best,

Phil

Update: It is apparently not the right part. And it does not appear that appliancepartspro.com stocks the right part. Help!

When I look up your model number the control board comes up as a WB12K19.

Looks like this is obsolete.

You could try Googling that number to see if anyone has one.

Also there are companies out there that repair obsolete control boards.
