I was replacing my thermal limit/thermal fuse. I first tested by moving the purple wire to bypass it, the dryer functioned normally. I then unplugged the purple wire and it touched the dryer body and shorted because I forgot to unplug the dryer!!!! the main breaker popped so I reset everything, reconnected the wire first..... nothing works now, I cant even hear the timer ticking now. What have I fried? Is there a fuse somewhere? Is there a part that gets fried first that I can replace?
