Here are your parts
Parts for Frigidaire LEQ2152ES0 Dryer - AppliancePartsPros.com

The most common cause on these units is the rear drum support bearing.

If the unit has a access panel to the bearing put a couple drops of oil on it.
If this reduces/eliminates the problem then you know it is a bearing issue, the oil is just a temporary fix/diagnostic.
Sometimes it just needs cleaning and re-greasing.
In your case it sounds like it may need some parts.

Other areas for squealing are the idler roller, the motor bearings or the front support/glides.

First, thank you. Second you were correct.

Notes for anyone preparing to attempt this: I started taking screws out from the back not realizing I really didnt need to. My first suggestion to anyone else is pay attention, take before pictures/notes so you remember where screws go because there are a lot of them! Second, You have to, at least I did, take the two screws from the back holding the top on. then the bottom front panel beneath (you have to either lift it high or lay it on its side to get to the two of them) the door because this holds the door frame on. When you get to the point where you're ready to lift the drum out note the pulley inside because it falls out easily. This is the only reason I had to remove the small back vent panel because it fell off and I had to put it back on. While you're in there stick your hand in the lint trap compartment. You'll be suprised how much lint you remove. I see why dryers catch fire. I am very happy to announce I dried a load of towels faster than I had in a long time and super quietly! :D Totally loving you denman!! My kids and dog thank you as well the piercing screach was really bad.

You are welcome.
I am glad to here that you are up and running again.

And thanks for getting back to us. Now when others search for a similar problem they will see what actually worked instead of just suggestions about what could be the cause.
