I disassembled my dryer to replace one of the rear tub roller assemblies. I was very careful and double-checked to be sure that all connectors were hooked back up properly. Tried it after reassembly and it beeps and acts like it is working but motor does not turn. It literally worked a few hours prior to this. Checked the door switch an it is working properly. Don't want to have to spend 120 bucks on a motor if that's not the problem. Any ideas for how to troubleshoot the problem would be much appreciated. If more info is needed from me, please let me know. Thanks for your assistance.

first i would double check the wiring. make sure the connections at the motor are on tight. it probably is not the motor, since it was working before. iv'e done this for over 30 years and i can still miss a wire now and then. once you check this, if it doesn't work, give me a little more information

It must have been a loose connection after all. I disconnected all of the connectors from the control panel and then reconnected them and now it works like new again. Thanks for the suggestion! Saved me at least a hundred bucks and a lot of wasted time! Thanks again!
