The box is the air dome. Pull the hose off the top of it and make sure the hose is not clogged. A turkey baster with hot water seems to work best to clean out the air dome. Be careful, you don't want to break the hose nipple off the top of the air dome.

Tried the baster, but the baster was too big and didn't get anything into the little nipple coming from the air dome. BUT, I grabbed the little syringe that comes with infant medicine and filled it with hot water and flushed it... AND MY WASHER NOW WORKS!! :D
