Hi, I have a Maytag fridge model number MFF2558VEM5 that is pooling water at the bottom. its only 2 years old. Ive tried to follow the directions listed here on unclogging the drain under the evaporator coils however I cannot get the top freezer drawer out to get a good angle on said drain. I have been able to pull off the back panel and feel around, however cannot find it. Can someone point out what part it is so I can have a better idea of how to get to it? Also if there is are any suggestions on how to remove the upper freezer drawer, they would be appreciated! It unscrews and come loose but seems to have a interlocked plastic bit on the sides of the rail connection to the main body of the fridge.

Thanks!

they have come out with a new rubber tip for the defrost drain it is called the duck bill. the drain is located in the exact middle of the back wall. I use a quarter inch plastic tube with hot water to open it up
