The washer starts to agitate as soon as it starts to fill with water. I replased the timer and pressure switch. I even tried it with the pressure switch hose off still does it. Does any one have aby ideas what it could be.

Faulty pressure switch, faulty timer, faulty wiring. You will have to troubleshoot with meter and wiring diagram to determine what's going on.
