I have an Amana NAV2330AWW. On the wash cycle it will fill, wash, rinse, spin like normal, no issue. Then it when it gets to the Rinse cycle, it will fill and just sit there full of water. It never drains and ticks through the timer, still full of water when it is done.
If you advance it to the Extra Rinse cycle it will work normal (fill, rinse, spin, drain), just not the regular Rinse cycle. This happens on all the settings (hand wash, regular, quick wash, etc..)

Any suggestion on why it does that?

It started working after a thud on the head. I expect it will go out again soon, so I will save this. That would make sense though, it doesn't look to hard to change out, or is that a little to optimistic? Otherwise, thank you. :)
