Ok since parts for my oven are no longer available..
My in-law has a fairly new Kenmore sitting in his garage.

Oven will occasionally turn off while cooking - especially if temp is adjusted while oven is on.

Was told 'turning off' - then restarting has always worked.

There is not enough information for proper diagnosis. I would recommend to hook it up and use the oven carefully monitoring the process. Then post the detailed description on the problem.
