The oven bake heating element does not heat at all, as though no current is passing through it. The wierd thing is the broiler element gets hot to the touch, but not red, when the oven is in bake mode. I never noticed whether the broiler element gets hot during bake mode. Is it suppose to do this, or is it related to the bake element problem?
