Heating elements cycle on as they're supposed to. I hear a click from what I believe is a limit switch and the elements drop out. Within a minute or so the elements all come back in and cycle out again after a couple minutes.

Thats how it works, If the heat stayed on all of the time, It would OVERHEAT!!!!! The temp coming out the back of the dryer should be 135-150 degrees with nothing in the dryer, When the heat shuts down it should cool down to SOMEWHERE around 115-120. before coming back on.
