I have model SVD48600w JenAire (JA) range. All of the burners work fine. The oven will not heat. When I go to the oven settings, whether on conventional or on convection bake the elements do not comeon at all. They are cold to the touch. The broiler function works fine, and the fan will run insidethe oven when on broil. Therefore I do not think it is the elements. When I run the broiler, and then switch the range controlsover to bake, the oven will register a temp increase (as shown on the panel),but I do not know if the temp registered is correct. The clock display went (many months ago), but the ovencontinued to work. Then the oven quit. I replaced the dim clock board with a new one, but the ovenstill will not heat. Any help is appreciated. Thanks Very Much

Hi. Using the multimeter check across the bake element contacts for 240VAC with the control set for BAKE. If there is proper voltage - replace the bake element. If you don't get 240VAC then you should replace the relay board. Part number: AP4088549
