I have a customer that has a GE unit with the freezer on the bottom, that has an issue with the refrigerator section not cooling. Whenever the refrigerator is set to anything above the "zero" setting on the nondigital control, the damper motor constantly is trying to drive itself closed even though it is already in the closed position, the motor never stops trying to turn. At the same time the associated relay on the main board is clicking on and off constantly. I am trying to isolate if this is an issue with the damper motor not knowing where to stop, or if the main board is not working properly. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks
