Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 2/20/2013(UTC) Posts: 1		Phone Call Complaint; Ice Maker makes Ice.The Feeler arm rises,dumps Ice but feeler arm does not return down to ready possition to start new Ice cycle.However the customer can manualy return the feeler arm down to the ready possition and the I/M will fill,make Ice ,dump and the feeler arm needs to be manualy placed down again. I havent gone out to the service call yet. Anyone have any idea?

You may just have to dry the out with a hair drier. Could also be that the arm has been bent so may just need realigning.
