I have replaced both the control and the 6 button switch due to the fact the lights do not come on the 6 button switch and also the drying cycle does not dry but you can feel it is warm inside the machine. what could cause this problem:mad:

If you have a frayed wire, or loose connection on the terminals, the voltage could be low and intermittent, causing the lights to not illuminate and not enough voltage to oprate the heater element.
