Kenmore Electric Dryer - drum hits the top of the dryer.

Hello,
So, my old dryer broke, and my neighbour was getting a new set, so she gave me her old dryer. It works great, all except for one thing.
The drum of the dryer hits the top from time to time. It sounds like it's only one part that hits. When the load is heavy - like jeans -there is no problem, but when it's lighter clothes -as soon as they get dryer, and lighter, the hitting starts.
What could it be? How do I check it?.... and fix it? and how do I get into this dryer? I knew my old Whirlpool inside and out, but this one is a bit different.
Another thing - the door seems to "slouch" when open... is there an easy way to fix that?
Thank you so much.

Hello,
The problem can be a bend down top panel or a loose screw secured the drum baffle which can be accessed from the top..
In order to remove the top panel you have to remove the console first. It's holding by the screw on each side of the console. You have to lift off the side trims to access the screws. Pull the console forward and up to remove the tabs on the bottom of the end caps, out of the holes in the top. Lift the console up and lay it on its back.
Remove the three screws secured the top panel on the back and slide the top off.
Rotate the drum manually and inspect the screws secured the drum baffles.
Gene.
