Hello,

So, my old dryer broke, and my neighbour was getting a new set, so she gave me her old dryer. It works great, all except for one thing.

The drum of the dryer hits the top from time to time. It sounds like it's only one part that hits.
When the load is heavy - like jeans -there is no problem, but when it's lighter clothes -as soon as they get dryer, and lighter, the hitting starts.

What could it be?
How do I check it?.... and fix it?
and how do I get into this dryer? I knew my old Whirlpool inside and out, but this one is a bit different.

Another thing - the door seems to "slouch" when open... is there an easy way to fix that?
