Washer (Front Loader) has no problem filling or draining, but it will not agetate. I removed the belt from the motor, the motor will turn a little or it will try to turn, as soon as you touch the shaft it stops. Not enough POWER to the shaft to keep it spinning. Motor won't engage. There is power to the shaft but not enough to make it spin, which happens in the wash cycle or spin cycle. Tried new motor, same thing. At first I thought it was caused by a broken shock, after replacing both still no change:rolleyes:

Can you clarify your post. Does it not agitate, agitate slowly and the same question about the sping, does it not spin or spin too slowly.
Since you have replaced the motor the next suspect is the speed control board.
Thanks

It sounds like at least two of the 3 phase drive transistors blew out on the motor drive board. If so, before replacing the board, I would verify your spin bearings are not going bad. You can sometimes tell by spinning the basket and see if the bearings seem rough. If you replace the motor drive board , you can monitor the motor drive board input current with an amprobe, current over 3 amps is considerd excessive.
