Since then the only cycle we have is - high heat / 55 min. The cards must have lost most of the programming? can they be re-programmed? Thanks in advance ..

Replace first the one I listed above, if that doesn't help - replace the main control board Part number: W10111620 The good thing is that you may return back any parts you don't need, even installed ones. Get both controls at the same time and return the one you don't need. Post the results. Simon.
