I have an Admiral Top Load Washer (ATW4475VQO) that works great except when it spins during the rinse cycle high speed, it makes a loud banging noise against the front of the washer. I've already replaced the ring balancer and all (3) suspension springs, but this did not fix the problem. I've also checked to make sure the washer is level with the floor.

When I remove the washer cover, I do see that the washer tub leans forward a bit and even if I try to push it back, it tends to favor the front end. Not sure how to fix this and would appreciate any help on this issue.

Thanks in advance!

It does sound like something is wrong with the suspension, but first try changing out the pads and make sure the tub structure is placed properly on the support frame.

There could be a thin crack in the support structure which you cannot see.

Hi,

Can I get the part number for the pads and/or the link to the actual products on the app website?

Thanks!

Here is the link to the exploded view of the base. You will see the pads and where they go.
