How do I go about replacing the dispenser for the Bosch SHU3302UC/U12 – FD811025 0125 model? Thanx Pls note that the Model number is SHU3302UC/U12, made a error when I 1st posted.

I have exact same problem with my bosch dishwasher, exact same model #. I think the soap assembly lid is worn out on mine. It has a small piece of plastic that hangs down and clicks into the blue spring assembly. It looks like it is worn down to the point it no longer catches the blue spring assembly . Will take 10-12 attemps to get it to latch. Were you able to resolve your problem?
