Waterline and water inlet valve are clear, valve has 1000 ohms resistance, control panel delivers 99 volts to water inlet valve when directly connected to voltmeter. The float moves freely and is not stuck in the up position or obstructed. Is it the water inlet valve or the control panel? Can I test for improved water flow by directly connecting 120 volts to the valve? Any suggestions?

Hello, 99 VAC is definitely out of range. Check the voltage at the wall outlet. It suppose to be 120 VAC ± 10%. If the reading is correct, replace the control board. - The control board Part number: 8564547
