When I start the washer it makes a locking sound followed two more locking sounds they have a buzz to them and then it tries to drain water from the drum and ends up stopping. We end up having to manually unlock. It will not work at all. Help

Locate the service sheet under the top or behind the kick panel. Use it to run the diagnostic test and find the fault code.
