My ice maker stopped working. My husband said this happened before and he thought it was the tube that puts water in the ice trays that froze but he can't remember how he fixed it last time. I turned it off to see if we can get it to defrost. Not sure what to do. It seemed a simple fix last time, but now our memory has failed us. thank you for any help we can get.

You will need to pull the icemaker and thaw out the fill tube with a hair dryer, if it is frozen. Measure the freezer temperature,sometimes a much lower temperature below zero will cause this,
