We bought this front loader washer 2/2007. It will run through the cycles, and do the slow spin back and forth, but it will not do the fast spin at the end of the wash time and the clothes are soaking wet when the wash is done. Husband says pump is not broker, we did clean some pennies out of the hose, but that didn't help. Any advice would be helpful, running out of clean clothes. We tried doing a quick spin cycle but it stil will not spin fast to get rid of all the water on the clothes. Thank you

Remove the bottom panel and look for an envelope with the tech sheets. Perform the tests described there. The first thing I would check is the door latch.
